ST. JAMES PASTORAL COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES

Monday, February 9th, 2026

The Pastoral Council January meeting was called to order at 7:02 p.m. by Chairperson Eddie Baker. Council Members present were Fr Lac, Kevin Casel, Dee Rosekrans, Joan Peluso, Sherri Porterfield, Corrine Sebranek, Cindi Lamas, Scott Kollasch and Deacon Chuck Koesterer. Corrine started the meeting with a prayer.

Reports from School Advisory Council and Finance:

School Advisory Board: Scott Kollasch – Meeting Canceled

Finance: Dee Rosekrans – The Parish has 3 applications for Operations Manager position.

Report of Confirmation Reception: Details forthcoming for April 25th and March 8th.

New Council Member Drive: Council Members will speak at all masses the weekends of February 14/15 and 21/22 to inform the parish of the vacancies and to ask for nominations to fill the positions. Information tables and opportunities to signup will be available on those weekends.

Discernment Leader for New Members: Father Timothy has agreed to facilitate this process to identify our new candidates for the Council.

St James Feast Day Activities: Suggestions made to reach out to individual ministries for food to celebrate on July 25th, 2026.
