Sound Levels:
Had meeting with Danny and came up with some solutions. Progressive Electronics came in and did some adjustments. People have said they could hear Father Michael and Choir better.
Hearing Assisted devices are available but people are unaware of where to get them and how they work, talked about how to get info out.
Security vs Community:
Sheri talked to office staff about hours
Calendar availibity-nothing on website, need to ask Katie about possible solutions

Good Samaritans-Betsy brought in possible kit, write-up for bulletin was approved. Name was Changed to Emergency Assist Ministry

Disaster Video- going to meet with Danny and Katie to make sure staff and everyone is on the same page. rework the video to just include basic info.
Officer Bratcher meeting was cancelled, he assessed the building and made recommendations
