ST. JAMES ADULT FAITH PROGRAM
Do you know how to Lent? Sometimes, it feels like Lent is just about giving up chocolate or something else, but it’s more. How do we prepare for this most important time? Do you know and want to do something more than just giving up something you enjoy?
HOW TO LENT is a new study that aims to equip Catholics with the tools to understand and practice the pillars of Lent: prayer, fasting, and almsgiving. This study will challenge our preconceived notions about Lent, laying out a roadmap for entering the season with a purpose. Don’t let Lent sneak up on you like it did last year. Join us and heed the call of St. John the Baptist by preparing for the Lord, using HOW TO LENT to transform your spiritual life this Lenten season.
Online registration starts Feb 23rd and runs through March 5th.
